“I specialise in Counselling and Life Coaching.”
“Out of your vulnerabilities will come your strength.”
Counselling helps people improve their sense of wellbeing, alleviate their distress, resolve their crises, increase their ability to solve problems, see other opinions and empowers them to make their own decisions.
Life Coaching helps people to achieve their personal best and to produce the results they want in their personal and professional lives. It unlocks a person’s potential to maximise their performance.
Sometimes friends and family are not available to listen or are too close to the problem.
Please contact me and we can arrange the first meeting, the first step to positive change!
“We talk. We listen. We help.”
The self I hide inside myself…
From time to time, life can feel like an uphill struggle. The place you want to be may feel a world away from where you currently are. Something inside tells you that things are ‘not quite right’ but you don’t know how to go about making those positive changes to improve your life.
Together we will work to address these inner conflicts, develop new strategies, and help you experience a deep sense of self-acceptance.
What does love mean to you?
How do you define when a relationship is going well or seemingly headed towards the rocks?
If you’re reading this perhaps you are feeling strain within your relationship – maybe even at the point of make-or break?
I believe you can find the spark again – difficult times can propel you into a new relationship phase-break.
“I feel less stressed, anxious, and depressed.”
I help people struggling with everyday issues who may need additional support to help them through challenging events in their life or identify negative patterns of relating or behaviour in order to develop more positive strategies and patterns going forward.
You will get an open, confidential and safe space to share.
I am a warm, professional, down-to-earth, experienced and highly qualified therapist who loves what she does.
Ever since I was young, I knew I wanted to get into a career path that would make a difference in people’s lives. This interest led me to study counselling. I am committed to the well-being of all my clients and their needs while dealing with circumstances that are unique to their lives. I provide short-term and long-term counselling to help you process difficult feelings, feel heard and supported so that they can re-discover their identity, creativity and start moving forward with their life.
